Homemade Pasta


I love the taste and texture of fresh pasta.  So when I saw some recipes in Cookie magazine, I decided to try one for lunch yesterday.  We attempted a homemade orecchiette.  The boys enjoyed kneading and shaping dough.

Results were disappointing, however, as the pasta was chewy, dense, and lacking in flavor.  We'll try again tonight with homemade egg noodles.
